Please note that Australia Post will hand over to your local postal service once that parcel has arrived in your country.

Domestic (Australian) shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over AU$120.

For orders under AU$120, standard shipping is AU$10. Express shipping is available on all orders for AU$15.

International shipping: Shipping cost will vary on location. Actual shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout. If your country is not available at the checkout please contact us for a shipping quote

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates, import duties, and taxes within their own country.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not available on nail products unless there is a major fault or flaw.

I accept returns for all other products on the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, with its original packaging

Buyers are responsible for the return cost of shipping and handling. Should the parcel not arrive back to us we will not be able to process the return.
