Despatch timeframes

All items for sale on this website is bespoke and made to order, unless marked as available and ready to ship. For ready to ship items, please allow up to 3 business days for your parcel to ship.

For bespoke and made to order items, the expected processing time will be stated in the individual listing. We aim to process orders within 10 business days however delays are expected during promotional, holiday, and sale periods. Updates to processing time will be made available in the website announcement banner.

Kindly allow extra time for our shipping partners to deliver your package. Delivery timeframes will vary based on your location. Below are general guidelines for estimated arrival time after dispatch:

Within Australia

• Metro: 2-5 business days
• Regional: 5-15 business days
• WA: 5-15 business days

Outside Australia

• Dependant on location: 5-28 business days

If a tracked shipping option is selected, tracking numbers are provided once orders are sent.

Shipping fees

Domestic (Australian) shipping: 

Free standard shipping on orders over AU$120.

For orders under AU$120, standard shipping is AU$10. Express shipping is available on all orders for AU$15.

International shipping:

We ship worldwide! Shipping cost will vary on location. Actual shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout. If your country is not available at the checkout please contact us for a shipping quote.

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates, import duties, and taxes within their own country. Please be aware that the shipping charge does not include this cost.

We are legally required to declare the full Australian dollar value paid on international orders and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, contact your local customs office.
