Returns policy

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not available on nail products unless there is a major fault or flaw.

We accept returns for all other products on the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, with its original packaging

Buyers are responsible for the return cost of shipping and handling. Should the parcel not reach us Maniqura will not be able to process the return. For peace of mind, we highly recommend using a method that provides tracking, and retaining proof of postage (such as a receipt) until confirmation of the return has been processed.

Damaged or faulty products

At Maniqura we take great care in packaging your orders and ensuring they arrive safely to you. If in the unfortunate event you receive something faulty, please contact us and we will work with you to provide a positive outcome.
